I loved working with Catrice. I was working with an agent when I found her on google based on her reviews. I sent her a message that same night and she contacted me at the beginning of the day to meet up with me the same day. I don't live in town so her making time to meet me was really important. I told her how my previous agent was dishonest and she made sure to be thorough and transparent with every move from the beginning. She mediated and coordinated between myself and the previous tenants effortlessly to get pictures, and made sure their things were tidy and out in time. She was quick, efficient and communicated open and honestly with me. When I couldn't make it to town, she made all the arrangements and even handled some things herself. I would recommend her to anyone who would listen. She's great and made selling my house a breeze.
